Thomas is a renowned International Photo Journalist and familiar personality to the world of Photography, 54 years old Mr. R.S.J. Thomas is also dedicated his life for the social service. Mr. Thomas started his career as a photographer and also completed his Diploma course in Photography & Videography, capturing the photos of nature, human being, different events is not only his profession but also he has chosen photography as a passion. In this journey of his photography life he cause across so many important occasions like receiving awards for his tallent in photograpy and also spent lot of time with the orphan children by associating with social service organisations. In his career Mr. Thomas clicked so many award winning photos including the attracting scenery of Nature, beautiful faces and gesture of human beings. These photos also include the heart touching photos of sorrows of poor and orphan children.
Mr. Thomas spent most of his earnings out of his photography profession and awards in the social service and upliftment of poor children. He started his social service activities at the age of twenty five in Vishakapatnam City. When he started his career as a photographer. He continued his social service activities even after he moved to Hyderabad City after few years. He also joined the Lions Club International and spent lot of time attending the social service programmes. He participated so many social service programmes of Lions club and Indian Red Cross, made them successful with his sincere work. On the basis of his dedicated work in social service and merit in the field of photo Journalism and photography he received so many awards and appreciation from the public.
He first started his photographer career in post trust of Vishakhapatnam, Shipping and Chemical Companies in Vishakapatnam. He also worked in steel authority of India, Vishakapatnam. His service were engaged in surveying and photoshoot of various programmes of the companies. While working in Vishakapatnam he encountered with the grievences and problems faced by the poor and orphan children, thought of helping them and entered into the field of social service. After rendering five years of service in Vishakapatnam he shifted the place of working to Hyderabad and its surrounding places. He participated NIFT International events, International Aviation events, He worked as a photographer in Hyderabad Metro Rail, Press Information Beaureu(PIB), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). He is also working as a freelance photo journalist. He extensively travelled all parts of India including North Eastern States. He also visited so many other forien countries as a parkof his photography profession and captured interesting and thinkable photos with his cameras.
